		Robinson Aerial Surveys, Inc. (RAS) prepared topographic base mapping for Urban Engineers / NJDOT Elimination of Marlton Circle Project.  This project is a major $30 Million highway project to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion on Routes 70 and 73 and expected to be completed by 2007.  The traffic circle will be replaced with a grade–separated interchange that will enable Route 73 to pass over Route 70.  Urban Engineers sub-contracted the Aerial Mapping assignment to Robinson Aerial Surveys, Inc. RAS was responsible for developing topographic mapping at 1”=30’ scale with one-foot contour intervals in Micro Station format.  A digital terrain model (DTM) was developed from aerial mapping data for utilization by the Urban Engineers design team.
